Most of it starts with something broken: a site nobody could find, a phone nobody answered, a process that only worked when one specific person was at their desk. I design the fix, build it in the client's own accounts, and hand over the keys. The work below is every kind of site I make, which is the point — a designer who only has one look has one answer to every problem.

A scroll-driven vehicle launch page built as a craft exercise. Ten real photographic frames driven by scroll position, a synthesized V8 the visitor can switch on, and a configurator that repaints the truck. An unaffiliated concept study, labeled as one on the page.

Two and a half acres on a ridge in Hendersonville, presented the way an estate agent's brochure would if it moved. Aerial photography, sections that arrive on scroll, and a closing card that asks for the showing. Built as a demonstration of what a property listing can be instead of a grid of thumbnails.

A downtown Palatka burger counter given the treatment a car launch usually gets. Two photographic frame sequences driven by scroll position, so the burger builds itself and the onion rings stack while you read the menu, all of it on one page over near-black with a single amber accent.

Early childhood math and reading tutoring in Williamson County, Tennessee. Warm script and serif against a soft palette, because the audience is a parent deciding who to trust with a five-year-old, and a lead pipeline that files every enquiry into the CRM behind it.

I design and build the whole site, not a theme with the colors changed. Type, layout, motion, copy and the code underneath it. Every site in the index above is one I drew and shipped myself, and every one of them is built to be found: static HTML, real structured data, pages that render before the JavaScript arrives.
How the business actually runs is the other half of the job. I look at how work gets scoped, priced, delivered and followed up on, then rebuild the parts that only hold together when one specific person is at their desk. I run a portfolio of my own products and client accounts on the same systems, so nothing I put in front of someone is something I have not had to live with myself.
The useful version of this is unglamorous. Find the task a person repeats forty times a week, replace it with something that runs whether or not anyone is at their desk, and make sure the business owns every credential when I leave. Voice agents that answer the phone, intake that files itself, follow-up that sends.

Yes. An AI voice agent can answer every call, hold a real conversation, capture the caller's details, book an appointment, and email or text you a full transcript within seconds of hanging up. I run exactly this setup across a network of service sites I own myself, so the failure modes are ones I have had to live with. Setup takes days, not months, and it costs a fraction of an answering service.
Most AI agencies resell someone else's chatbot on a monthly retainer and hand you a login. An independent consultant who builds gives you the system itself, deployed in your accounts, with your credentials, documented well enough that you could hire anyone to maintain it. The test is simple: ask who owns the API keys when the engagement ends.
